Our time left in Hawaii is drawing closer and closer to an end. The 2 hour drive back from Hilo to the airport was nice. We took a different route along the coast. On one side there is ocean and on the other side was rainforest and waterfalls.
The flight was almost uneventful other than a big drop as we entered a rain cloud as we approached Maui. It was fun … weeeeeeeJ
Picked up the rental car and headed back into Kihei to our hotel. We are here at the Maui Coast Hotel for one more night. Really nice placed (friend Jeff who we met online works here). We spent a few hours at the pool before cleaning up and getting into our Hawaiian shirts and heading off to the Kaanapali (25 min. up the coast) area for a nice dinner and watch the amazing Hawaiian sunsets. All the pictures are attached.
There will be one more blog posting before we head off back to the real life.
